I came here with my children. The rooms were huge and fairly quiet and view on garden was magnificent. The location just next door to city centre was stunning. This hotel was set in a domestic area...

Location: the hotel was so close to the garden. We stayed at the reasonably spacious and huge room with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, for instance.

We had a perfect stopover at Casa Tea Bed And Breakfast & Home Restaurant. Simone, our host, was charming and courteous. He helped us when we got lost in the village and made sure we felt welcome. the accommodation was excellent - a whole floor with a huge bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner, and balcony. It felt like stepping back into a Renaissance residence. the location was stunning, with local restaurants within walking distance. the hosts were incredibly friendly and provided us with lots of local knowledge and tips for the rest of Italy. the breakfast was delicious, and we even had the chance to taste Esmeralda's amazing Mexican food. a fabulous stay!
Can't fault the property in any way! 👍.

This Italian countryside accommodation boasts a stunning location with local eateries in walking distance. the room was luxurious and beautifully furnished, complete with sparkling bathroom. the hosts were friendly, offering helpful tips for local sightseeing, and prepared delicious breakfasts. the rooms were spacious, featuring a balcony and well-appointed kitchen/diner.
Despite accommodating our family of four in the remaining rooms, the lack of privacy was a let-down.

The food was delicious and the hosts were accommodating. the room was spacious and had enough room for our family of four. the location was great because it was close to the town center and we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations throughout the property.
We were disappointed that one of the rooms was closed due to water damage. This meant that we had less privacy and had to share a room.

The hotel had a great location with stunning views of the Italian countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good range of options to choose from. One of the best things about the hotel was the New Year's Eve dinner they offered, which was an incredible experience. The fireworks display was amazing and the atmosphere was electric.
The downside to the hotel was that the New Year's Eve dinner was very expensive and not worth the price. The staff could have been more professional and the service was quite slow.

My kids wished there was a pool at the accommodations.
